Members, watch your mail for an invitation to receive more information about a new long-term care insurance plan endorsed by AFT PLUS. The plan, from GE Capital Assurance, can pay benefits for nursing home care, assisted-living facilities, hospice, or adult day care. Policies are customized to meet the needs and budget of the individual member, and the cost of the policy depends on the coverage selected by the member as well as the member's age upon effective date of the policy. If interested in this benefit, simply complete and return the response card that you will receive in the mail with your initial long-term care information packet, and an insurance representative will contact you and provide a personalized quote at no cost or obligation.
